Summary :
Subjects was drifting down river in their boat when the boat quit running. Subjects called for help but did not know their exact location. When Officers located subjects they found Mr. Bremer sitting on a stump in the river. Approximately 40 minutes later, Officers located Ms. Gregg 100 yards up river on the riverbank. Both Subjects had been submerged in the river. Both subjects were transported to Center Point Medical Center in Independence by Waverly/Napoleon Fire & Ambulance. Subjects were admitted to the hospital overnight for treatment of hypothermia.
