| Subjects put in at Alley Springs on the Jacks Fork River around 10:15 am. Around 11:30 am their canoe hit a root wad ejecting both subjects into the water. When Barbara surfaced, she noticed the victim standing in water up to his chin clutching his chest. He then slumped over and Barbara saw him floating face up. Barbara advised that victim has history of heart problems. | ||||
